Industrial Shower Screen Factory
Heavy-use environments demand shower screens that outlast everything thrown at them — mud, grit, aggressive cleaning, and constant daily cycling. Our industrial shower screens are built for exactly that.
Industrial shower screens serve environments that have no parallel in residential or hospitality use. Mining camps process hundreds of workers per shift through communal shower facilities. Construction site welfare units handle workers showering after contact with concrete dust, chemicals, and debris. Oil and gas facility ablution blocks operate in remote locations where maintenance access is limited and replacement parts must be stockpiled months in advance. These environments expose shower screens to conditions that would destroy typical commercial products in months.
YL Bath operates a dedicated industrial shower screen production line calibrated for these demands. The material specifications, construction methods, and quality standards applied to our industrial range reflect the reality of the environments they serve — not the aesthetics of a hotel bathroom or the cost pressures of residential construction.
What Makes an Industrial Shower Screen Different
Structural Robustness
Industrial shower screens must withstand incidental impact — workers brushing against enclosures with equipment, tools resting against glass panels, doors being used as support in physically demanding workplaces. Our industrial frames use 2.0 mm minimum wall thickness aluminum profiles with full mechanical corner assembly. Glass panels are 8 mm tempered as standard; 10 mm available for highest-risk applications. Frame-to-wall fixings use through-bolt anchoring into substrate, not surface adhesive.
Chemical Resistance
Industrial facilities use industrial-strength cleaning chemicals — not the pH-neutral products appropriate for domestic bathrooms. Our industrial shower screens use powder-coated aluminum frames with a minimum 60-micron coating thickness, applied over chromate conversion pretreatment for maximum adhesion and chemical barrier performance. All seals are EPDM compounded for resistance to hypochlorite disinfectants, acidic descalers, and solvent-based degreasers at working concentrations.
Simplified Maintenance Design
In remote or high-turnover facilities, maintenance must be simple enough for non-specialist site staff to perform. Our industrial shower screens are designed for component-level serviceability: seals, rollers, and handles are replaceable without removing the entire unit. Spare parts are stocked and supplied on request. Replacement glass panels are cut to size and dispatched within 5 working days for all standard industrial models.

Bulk Supply Program for Industrial Clients
Industrial procurement operates differently from project-based commercial buying. Site operators need stocked supply — the ability to order replacement units or additional units quickly without waiting for a new production run. YL Bath offers a dedicated bulk supply program for industrial clients with annual volume commitments: priority production scheduling, held stock of key standard models, and guaranteed 10-day dispatch on repeat orders.
Factory Audit & Compliance
Industrial buyers — particularly those supplying government infrastructure, mining multinationals, and defense contractors — require factory compliance documentation beyond standard commercial certifications. YL Bath is audit-ready for third-party factory inspections by SGS, Bureau Veritas, and Intertek. We provide ISO 9001 certificates, BSCI social audit reports, and full material traceability documentation on request.
