Manufacturing Process Overview
1. Aluminum Profile Production
We use 6063-T5 and 6463-T5 aluminum alloy — the industry standard for shower door frames — produced to tight dimensional tolerances. Profiles are cut to length using CNC precision saws, ensuring squareness and repeatability across every batch. Corner joints are mechanically reinforced with internal brackets, not just glued or crimped.
2. Surface Treatment
Aluminum frames undergo either anodizing or powder coating depending on the specified finish. Anodizing creates a hard, integral surface layer that is part of the metal itself — highly durable and resistant to scratching. Powder coating offers a broader color range and a consistent matte or gloss appearance. Both processes are carried out in-house with salt spray corrosion testing to verify adhesion and longevity.
3. Glass Processing
All glass panels used in our aluminum shower doors are thermally tempered to meet safety glass standards. We offer 5 mm, 6 mm, and 8 mm thickness options. Glass is precision-cut, edge-polished, drilled where required, and heat-treated to achieve tempered safety certification. Optional nano-glass coating is available to reduce watermark buildup and simplify cleaning.
4. Hardware & Mechanism Assembly

5. Final Assembly & QC
